ABOUT ME

Ever since my childhood in Gurgaon, India, I’ve been deeply connected to the environment. Watching the rapid urbanization around me inspired a curiosity about how we can innovate to protect the planet while fostering growth. This curiosity led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and later a Master’s in Sustainable Systems at RIT, where I’ve found my passion for applying technology to tackle complex environmental challenges.

I thrive in the overlap between technology and sustainability. My work has taken me from conducting life cycle assessments (LCAs) on tabletop composters, where I explored how small changes can significantly reduce household waste, to writing policy briefs on electric vehicle adoption in India. I’ve always been driven by the belief that meaningful change happens when we combine data-driven solutions with innovative thinking.

As a Graduate Senator at RIT, I fought to improve graduate student support, successfully securing a 5% increase in PhD stipends and organizing events that connected students to vital campus resources. Whether I’m analyzing data for environmental impact assessments or advocating for my peers, my goal is to create lasting, positive change for the people and environments around me.

When I’m not working on sustainability initiatives, I’m off exploring new places—whether trekking through nature or discovering hidden gems in different cities. I also love to channel my creativity through sketching and experimenting with new recipes from around the world.
